Chilliheads is a slight departure from our usual range.  A stunning Chilli Jam developed by BBC Masterchef Gerry Goldwyre. We are delighted to be working with Gerry and between us we have lots more ideas.

What is it? – the ultimate convenience food, a sweet and savoury experience in a jar.

What’s in it? – the main ingredients are plums, tomatoes, wine and of course chillies; no artificial flavours, no preservatives and no GM modified foods.

Who will use it? – Anyone from 7 to 70. It’s available mild or hot (but not burning!). It’s spicy but really tasty, and sweet but not sweet like ‘normal’ jams.

Why try it? – it is unlikely to taste like anything you have sampled before.

How to use it? – the versatility of your imagination is your limit!

Chilli Jam
CONTAINS: soya ( wheat flour), fish (anchovy)

When is a dip not just a dip?  When it’s Chilliheads Chilli Jam because it is also great for cooking or as a table sauce.
Mild – nice easy eating with a bit of bite
Hot –  hot but not burning, it takes about 15 seconds to kick in

This is so much more than just chilli, we found that most chilli jams and sauces start off with a sweet sickly taste and then comes the overpowering chilli bit.  Chilliheads has so many fabulous ingredients and layers of flavour that it is unlikely you will have tasted anything like it before. Plums, tomatoes, red wine and balsamic vinegar feature high in the ingredients.

Chillheads Marinade
CONTAINS: mustard seed
A wonderful mix of spices, red wine, red wine and balsamic vinegars and other good things makes this a really tasty marinade.  It is excellent for tenderising inexpensive cuts of meat and works well with goats cheese.

Spicy Sugar
A delightful mix of spices with sugar, presented in a shaker. Sprinkle over cappuccino coffee, milk, rice pudding, cereal, even porridge.
