Plantation Reserve Sugar
This sugar is so utterly delicious and a real treat and you don’t need to use as much as other sugar to give sweetness.
Cornish Sea Salt
Harvested straight from the sea in Cornwall this salt has an intense flavour which is great for the table or cooking and you can use much less.
Munro of Dingwall Haggis
A Haggis is not just for Burn’s Night but anytime as a good midweek supper. We do not keep these in stock but ‘nip’ along the road and collect to fulfil orders. Shelf life 10 days from arrival at your order or you can freeze it.

Mexique 66%
The mild fermentation of the beans gives the character to Mexico’s cocoa. A delicate blend of Criollo and Forastero gives a subtle liquorice note behind the slight bitterness.
Saint Domingue 70%
A fruity, spicy naturally very dark chocolate also gives off distinct wine flavours. A mixture of Forastero and Criollo which lingers long in the mouth.
Venezuela 72%
A subtle blend of Criollo with Trinitario from the regions of Carenero Superior and Rio Caribe giving a slightly pungent flavour both tangy and fruity.
Sao Tomé 75%
The island of Sao Tomé is off the west coast of Africa and cocoa trees were introduced there form Latin America in 1850. The variety is Amelodado so named as the pods are ‘melon-shaped’ – they give a ‘lusty’ dark chocolate not to be missed.
Equateur 76%
This dark chocolate attains its intense flavour from the variety of Forastero bean called Arriba (higher – in Spanish) which grows in the high plateaus of Ecuador.
Papouasie (Milk Chocolate)
37% min. cocoa, 23.4% milk
Amazing nutty, caramel flavours with a hint of cinnamon. Vanilla adds a note of luxury to this wonderful blend of copper-pink coloured blend of Criollo and Forastero from Papua.
Ghana (Milk Chocolate)
40.5% min cocoa, 20.8% milk
An excellent flavoured milk chocolate with a slightly acid note from Forastero and Trinitario taken from Brazil to Ghana in 1879.
Chocolate coated coffee beans
A delicious dark chocolate wrapped around a roasted coffee bean.
Crispbics
Possibly the smallest chocolate biscuit in the world. Dark chocolate coated crisp biscuity cereals. Surprising!
