Foodservice: Our mini jars are on the breakfast tables of hotels such as The Gleneagles, Perthshire, Sofitel St James in London and The Edinburgh Residence. Most of our products are available in foodservice quantity; ie plastic tubs of marmalade (used by the The Three Chimneys on the Isle of Skye for their Hot Marmalade Pudding).
Mini jars: Seville marmalade, Scottish Raspberry Extra Jam, Scottish Strawberry Extra Jam, Scottish Blackcurrant Extra Jam, Tweedside Honey.
Our jellies (Rowan, Redcurrant and Apple with Lavender) are all made in the traditional manner, dripped through a jelly bag overnight, and we never ever use concentrates.
If there is anything that you would be interested in us making for you specifically or with your own label we will always consider the project.
Our All Butter Shortbreads are perfect for coffee or included in a dessert.
Clooties are extremely popular, as cut in half they offer two good portions. They can be eaten cold as they are or warmed and served with custard or ice cream for a delicious dessert.
Our chocolate sauce and very fuddgy fudge sauce are great for desserts. - Heat the chocolate gently and pour, or use warmed spoons to quenelle. - Fuddgy Fudge is delicious with anything banana.
